Tasting Notes
Appearance:

Our LVE Rosé is a brilliant, pale pink color. It exudes fruitiness and elegance.

Aroma:

The nose is aromatic with delicate notes of peach blossom, raspberry and apricot.

Palate:

Full and round on the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant and lengthy finish.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes:

First, the grapes are carefully destemmed, then pressing is performed progressively so that free-run and first press juices may be selected in order to obtain a pale, delicate color. The grapes from distinct plots are vinified separately so as to preserve their typicity. Fermentation is conducted at low temperatures to encourage freshness and the wines are aged for 3 months on fine lees with occasional stirring.
