Winemaking
Vintage Notes:

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from four different vineyards in the heart of Napa. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Rutherford, St Helena and Yountville. The Petit Verdot comes from the Oak Knoll district. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot went through extended maceration with the Cabernet Sauvignon on skins for an average of 38 days and the Petit Verdot for an average of 30 days. It was then pressed and aged in a mix of French oak barrels (Radoux, Ermitage, and Saury) – 36% new – for 19 months before being bottled.
