  • Memberships are available only in the United States and void where prohibited.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to be a member; an adult signature is required at delivery. We encourage using your business address as a shipping location.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days in advance of Futures billing. There is no fee for cancellation.
  • Futures orders are non-refundable.
