Unity Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon

Our powerful boldest premium reds, dark, age-worthy wines of substance. Regardless of their grape, these heavyweights are barrel-aged and quite concentrated in flavor.

FOOD PAIRING: These big reds perform best with rich, high-protein foods such as AGED CHEESES & RED MEATS and work brilliantly with RICHER, BOLDER SAUCES too.

What Unity Signifies: Love, Hope, Unity, Diversity, Equality... These are the guiding principles of our JCB & Boisset Collection of wines, where we believe the world of wine exists to unite us across the table and across the world. We are committed to creating the most inclusive, passionate and inspiring community in the world of wine. This wine, harmonious and balanced on the palate, represents this vision and hope.

A portion of the proceeds of this wine are donated to organizations focused on helping Black and under-represented communities to thrive in the world of wine through the work of selected charity organizations. For more on the organizations we support visit my.boissetcollection.com.

Tasting Notes

A deep, lustrous crimson in the glass.

This wine unveils a captivating introduction marked by alluring and succulent scents of Bing cherry, strawberry, and a hint of spice.

Medium-bodied with a harmonious interplay of red berry, elegantly interwoven with delicate nuances of cedar and a whisper of mocha, pave the way for a smooth finish that gracefully lingers leaving a lasting impression.
