Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

Rich mulberry in color.

Aroma: 

Enticing with notes of dried black currant, black plums, bramble and a hint of star anise on the nose. 

Palate: 

As you begin to taste the beautifully balanced elixir, you encounter notes of dried bing cherry, cassis, cacao nibs and hints of slate. From the elegant feminine aspect at the front of your palate, to the long lingering finish, you will stay captivated by the gentle but well structured tannins that float across your palate.
