Description

The Count's intriguing blend of varietals intermingles seamlessly to produce an elegant and complex wine. Individual lots were fermented separately in open and closed-top fermenters and aged for 16 months in a combination of oak and stainless steel before final assemblage and bottling.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

Enticing aromas of mocha, baking spices and blackberry jump from the glass. 

Palate: 

Dark fruit flavors coat the palate with notes of baker’s chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Well-balanced and structured, this red wine has good acidity with a savory and lingering finish.
