Brut, Champagne - Past • Present • Future After initial separate fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. Grape Variety: 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier. Region: Champagne – Grand cru Chardonnay vineyards, 1er Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards.

Tasting Notes

A pale-yellow color with golden tones.


An elegant and complex nose with white fruits, banana and lemon aromas.


The 2010 GALA Brut offers a well-structured palate with hints of gingerbread, almond and brioche notes, resulting in a delicious and harmonious finish.

Vintage Notes: 

The 2010 growing season in Champagne offered a dry and warm summer that brought grapes to a high level of maturity.
