Tasting Notes
Aroma:

Enticing aromas of cranberries and plum continue through to the palate and are balanced by dusty spices and a touch of incense.

Palate:

Dense and rich, this Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has concentrated blueberry and strawberry flavors with an intermingling of caramel. Silky, fine-grained tannins lead to a long and sumptuous finish.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes:

The 2016 vintage across California was a near-perfect growing season. A mild winter and spring led to a steady mild July and August, followed by warm days at the end of the season allowing the grapes to achieve their perfect ripeness. With warm days and cool nights in the summer, grape growers were able to maintain ideal acid levels with balanced, concentrated fruit flavors.
