JCB Nº 5 Rosé is selected in honor of my sister Nathalie’s favorite number and her favorite region to visit to inspire and energize her free-spirit – Provence!

Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

Brilliant, rose-petal pink in color with purple nuances. 

 

Aroma: 

The nose is delicate with scents of red berries, citrus and spicy white blossoms. 

Palate: 

Soft and delectable on the palate with floral notes and flavors of white fruit. Boasts remarkable balance and a fresh finish.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

The diverse soil creates the elegance and complexity in this wine.Limestone brings purity and minerality while sandstone conveysthe fruit. Deepness and structureare a result of the rich clay.
