JCB Dragon

Cabernet Sauvignon
SKU: JCSDR203

Our powerful boldest premium reds, dark, age-worthy wines of substance. Regardless of their grape, these heavyweights are barrel-aged and quite concentrated in flavor.

FOOD PAIRING: These big reds perform best with rich, high-protein foods such as AGED CHEESES & RED MEATS and work brilliantly with RICHER, BOLDER SAUCES too.

Description

WHAT DRAGON SIGNIFIES: The dragon is no ordinary creature and holds a level of mystique and originality – traits largely shared with our proprietor, Jean-Charles, and the Cabernet Sauvignon vines themselves. Shrouded in mystery, much like the dragon, the origins of this varietal were not discovered until the late 1990s, a magical crossing of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

Among all legendary creatures, the dragon is FORMIDABLE and possesses a certain magical essence. Found dwelling in the volcanic terrains of Spring Mountain, this 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is thick-skinned with an ENDURING presence that delivers an unyielding intensity. Its high flavor concentration only strengthens its claim, soaring over the palate as an utterly ENCHANTING and age-worthy wine. Known only to few, though appreciated by all, the dragon will command your attention.
