Brut, Champagne - Past • Present • Future After initial separate fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. Grape Variety: 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 5% Pinot Meunier. Region: Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims

Appearance: 

In the glass, the bubbles of the GALA Rosé strike a beautiful pink color with orange highlights.

Aroma: 

Silky and elegant aromas greet the nose with perfumes of gourmet red fruits, like raspberry and wild strawberry. 

Palate: 

On the palate, a fruity, balanced and seductive finish leaves you wanting more.
