  • Release Boisset Collection from any liability related to transportation to and from any Leadership Summit events.
  • Please Note: All ticket types include access to transportation for optional Monday tours in Napa Valley on 3/7.

 

Every year, we invite our top Ambassadors, or "Leaders", to join us for a day of advanced training in leadership, wine and sales. Leadership Summit 2022 will be held at Buena Vista Winery in Sonoma, CA, on Saturday March 5th and Sunday March 6th, with a daytime agenda of training sessions on both days, plus a special evening social event and dinner on Saturday. Leadership Summit participation is by invitation only to qualifying Ambassadors*. 

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sat. 3/5 and continental breakfast and lunch only on Sun. 3/6. Transportation will be provided to and from Buena Vista Winery from the El Pueblo Inn in Sonoma only - see booking details below. Ambassadors are responsible for their own travel to Sonoma, CA and accommodations.

This year, our guest expert will be one of the top names of the social-selling world! With over two decades of direct selling leadership under her belt, Gina has held a number of roles in training, strategy, incentives, recognition and communications. Before joining Beautycounter, Gina was Vice President of Sales at Arbonne International, a multi-billion direct selling wellness and beauty company, and led sales at Dove Chocolate Discoveries.
