Zebra

Red Wine
SKU: JRENZE203

Our powerful boldest premium reds, dark, age-worthy wines of substance. Regardless of their grape, these heavyweights are barrel-aged and quite concentrated in flavor.

FOOD PAIRING: These big reds perform best with rich, high-protein foods such as AGED CHEESES & RED MEATS and work brilliantly with RICHER, BOLDER SAUCES too.

Description

Adorned by Zebra’s BECKONING beauty, an enchanted wine to lure you to the ruby depths of its flirtatious flavor, inducing an IMPULSIVE desire to tether that wild creation, yet closer, still…to fully capture a fleeting encounter with a spirit UNBOUND.

Tasting Notes
Aroma:

Unfolding with fragrant notes of aromatic baking spices and ripe red fruit.

Palate:

This lavish full-bodied Red Wine from Napa Valley boasts bold raspberry flavors mingled with crushed blackberries. The harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the trendy State Lane area in Yountville blends beautifully with the Malbec from the iron-rich soil on the east side of Oakville giving it a note of white pepper and contributing to big tannins, made even bigger with the Petite Syrah from the clay soils found in Rutherford. Enjoy the long finish of this dynamic blend as it zig-zags over the palate with graceful agility.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes:

A Cabernet Sauvignon based blend, the 2020 Zebra comes from three prized vineyards across Napa Valley: Rutherford, Oakville, and Yountville.
