Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

This Pinot Gris opens with a bouquet of white flower aromas and pear with green apple. 

Palate: 

On the palate this wine is rich and well-balanced with flavors of peach with a note of citrus.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

The 2021 Napa Valley Pinot Gris is from a single vineyard in Yountville with primarily alluvial soils. Pinot Gris is well-suited to cooler climate like the one that exists in Yountville. The cool temperature helps maintain the acid and fruitiness in the grapes to create a balanced wine. The Pinot Gris was fermented in neutral French oak barrels. It was then aged on lees in neutral oak barrels for 11 months.
