Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

Light yellow color with long-lasting bubbles and a generous collar of foam around the glass.

Aroma: 

A highly expressive nose featuring aromas of honey and blood peach.

Palate: 

Vanilla notes blend together with toast to contribute to a highly complex bouquet. A bold, powerful attack with largely mineral-driven notes marrying nicely with woody flavours. A particularly rich finish underlines just how beautifully-balanced this wine is. JCB N°8 is straightforward, powerful and long on the palate, giving an impressive vitality to the wine.
