MAKE A STATEMENT

Engraved bottles are perfect for gifting needs of all kinds, as well as for commemorating important milestones and special events.

Pre-etched bottles engraved in gold make a beautiful way to convey a heartfelt "Thank You", "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary" and "Congratulations". For large volume needs of 12 or more bottles, we can also custom-etch a logo or message onto any of the Custom Label wines we offer - contact us for details at corporateconcierge@boisset.com.

How many bottles may I order?

Custom Labels Wines are sold by the case!
Do you have a menu of Custom Label options I can present?

Yes! You can click here to find a pdf describing our Custom Label options and the basics of the program.
Do I have to pay for the labels?

The cost of the labels is included in the price of the Custom Label Wine. No payment is due when ordering labels.
How do I create a Custom Label?

Please refer to the Stoney Creek Wine Press "Getting Started" Guide for helpful tips and instructions on creating your Custom Label
How long will it take to get my Custom Label Wine Order?

Custom Label Orders can take up to 6-8 weeks, but please reach out to our Corporate Concierge to inquire about the current turn-around time.
Are there any shipping restrictions for your wines?

Which states can I ship to?

How much does it cost to ship?

Can I ship via Temperature Control Trucks during the Winter and Summer?

Temp Control shipping is not available for Custom Label orders. When temps are over 85°F we recommend adding Cool Packs (for a nominal fee) and upgrading shipping to Overnight or 2Day Air.
What if I am not home when my shipment arrives?

Adult signatures are required for all shipments containing alcohol. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Boisset and the customer will be responsible for any resulting shipping charges.

If an order is returned to Boisset, please contact Customer Care or call 1-855-233-5155 to have your order cancelled or reshipped. Additional charges will apply to reshipments or orders cancelled after shipping.
Can my case of Custom Label Wine be split up and shipped do multiple addresses?

Yes! Additional fees will apply. Please reach out to Corporate Concierge for a quote.
Need Your Wine by a Specific Date?

Please reach out to our Corporate Concierge on orders that require our attention. We recommend a minimum processing time of 7 business days to assure on-time delivery. For faster delivery, consider upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight Shipping.
