The 2012 GALA ULTRA BLACK offers a well-structured palate with hints of gingerbread, almond and brioche notes. It is made from 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards, and 1er Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards of Champagne's 2010 growing season which offered a dry and warm summer that brought grapes to a high level of maturity.
