The JCB GALA series features French Champagnes of spectacular quality presented in mirror-finish bottles worthy of this elixir of the gods.The 2012 GALA ULTRA BLACK offers a well-structured palate with hints of gingerbread, almond and brioche notes. It is made from 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards, and 1er Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards of Champagne's 2012 growing season which offered a dry and warm summer that brought grapes to a high level of maturity.. The 2010 GALA ROSE GOLD After initial separate fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. It is made from 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 5% Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and vinted with Malolactic fermentation in Steel stainless vats.
