Description

The Count's intriguing blend of varietals intermingles seamlessly to produce an elegant and complex wine. Individual lots were fermented separately in open and closed-top fermenters and aged for 16 months in a combination of oak and stainless steel before final assemblage and bottling.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

The wine bursts forth with enticing fruit aromas accented by hints of mocha and exotic spices. 

Palate: 

Dark fruit flavors mingle on the palate with cinnamon and vanilla and a touch of dusty blackberry. Velvety and well-balanced, this is a structured wine with good acidity.
