Appearance: 

Pale straw in the color.

Aroma: 

Delicate bubbles dance to the top of your glass. You are greeted with a brioche yeastiness on the nose followed by hints of citrus blossom, lychee, yuzu and kumquat.

Palate: 

As you begin to taste the wine you will find bright, balanced acidity. Notes of toasted brioche and citrus continue on the palate, followed by hints of asian pear and coconut flake. The elegant acidity and efferevescence dance across your palate leaving you wanting for more.
