Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

The No. 16 Sauvignon Blanc blend presents as a pale straw color in the glass. 

Aroma: 

Inviting aromas of white peach, jasmine and honeysuckle.

Palate: 

On the palate, flavors of nectarine, pear and crème brulee lead to a creamy mouthfeel with well-balanced acids and a long silky finish.

What The Number 16 Signifies: Jean-Charles grew up in Burgundy, France and at the age of 16 he visited the Bordeaux region for the first time. He forever remembers his first taste of the crisp white wine blends and it inspired the creation of N° 16, an extraordinary Napa Valley blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
