The JCB GALA series features French Champagnes of spectacular quality presented in mirror-finish bottles worthy of this elixir of the gods.The GALA Nature Green has notes of citrus rise in the form of grapefruit and a hint of white flower. The depth of this wine engages the palate with good acidity and a continued fruity finish. It is made from 57% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier. No Dosage: Brut Nature (no added sugar. The Chardonnay is from Côte des Blancs; Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Montagne de Reims. The 2010 GALA ROSÉ GOLD After initial separate fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. It is made from 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 5% Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and vinted with Malolactic fermentation in Steel stainless vats.
