  • What kind of wines should I expect to receive each month?

    Each month, members will receive three delicious wines from France and California of which at least one will be an imported French wine and at least one will always be from sunny California. There will always be one robust red and one refreshing white or rosé wine in each box, plus one "unexpected" discovery that is sure to bring a smile! These wines may be sparkling or still, and can be of any color or style, but will always be specifically chosen for one of that month's wine-worthy occasions, whether that's Thanksgiving or Valentine's Day.

  • What other member benefits do I receive if I join?

    In addition to the fantastic selections of wines you'll receive in your monthly shipments, members will receive:

    • Additional 10% off on purchases from an extensive selection of over 100 limited-production wines offered through
    • Invitations to monthly Wine Socials on the first Friday of each month at 4pm Pacific, through our private members-only Facebook group.

  • Is there a fee to join?

    There are no fees to join nor costs associated with being a member outside of your recurring shipments.

  • Can I change the shipment date when I am traveling?

    Prior to your order being processed you can change the date of shipment in your account under your My Memberships tab.

  • The weather seems really extreme. What do I do?

    When temperatures are under 45°F or over 85°F, Boisset offers Temperature Controlled shipping to the mid-west and east coast. Simply select this option from your My Memberships tab on your account and change the shipping preferences to ensure your wine is delivered safe and sound. Also, in the hot summer months, a Cool Pack can always be added to your wine order for a nominal fee.

  • I would like to return or exchange my wine. Can I do that?

    Yes. All of our wines are backed with a 100% guarantee that you will be delighted with your selections. However should you not be satisfied, please Contact Us. In most cases, we can send a replacement or issue a refund within 48 hours.

  • Can I add to or edit my wine selections?

    Yes! Each month we will send a notification by email, linking you to a page where you can add bottles to your shipment or edit your wine selections, choosing from a list of over 20 Joie de Vie-eligible wines. Adding more bottles will incur an additional shipping fee. Any changes made to your pre-selected Joie de Vie Wine Club order will incur à la carte Club Member pricing and a Ground Shipping Fee.

  • How do I access the JDV Wine Socials and Wine Lessons?

    Members are invited to join our private Joie de Vie Facebook group, which is where they can access our social and education content - you'll find the link in your enrollment confirmation email. There, you can connect with like-minded adults around the country and participate in our monthly Wine Socials on the first Friday of each month at 4pm Pacific. Members can access incredible wine education content from our sommelier and wine author Marnie Old as well, including a monthly online Wine Lesson offered for streaming on demand.

  • How can I get help with delivery issues?

    We don’t want you to miss these incredible wines so we recommend shipping to a business address, since someone 21 or older does need to sign for the shipment. If you have missed a delivery or your order is being returned for missed shipments please Contact Us or call 855-233-5155 x2 and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

  • How do I update my credit card information?

    To enter or edit credit card information, log into your account and select the My Memberships tab. Click edit in the Payment section of your Joie de Vie membership to add a new card or edit an existing card.

  • How will I know that my order has processed or shipped?

    You will receive an automatic confirmation email with order number and details once your order is processed. You will also receive a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • How do I skip my next shipment?

    Members can skip a single shipment, but may not skip two in a row. Simply log into your account, select the My Memberships tab, click Edit Membership, and then Skip Next Shipment.

  • I would like to cancel my membership. How do I do that?

    Although we don’t want to see you go, we do understand that circumstances change. We do require that you receive at least two shipments before you are eligible to cancel your membership. Simply log into your account, select the My Memberships tab, click on EDIT,  then select Cancel Membership. You can also skip a shipment if you just need a break as another option to cancelling. You will receive a membership cancellation confirmation email, and know that you are welcome to join us again at any time!
