The JCB GALA series features French Champagnes of spectacular quality presented in mirror-finish bottles worthy of this elixir of the gods. The Gala Red has Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. Grape Variety: Chardonnay from Sézannais; Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. This wine was digorged in May 2022 and is being released at peak maturity after being aged on the lees for 15 years. Tirage Date: November 2006; Dosage: Brut; (0-12 g/L). GALA Gold is an impressive vintage Champagne with elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. It is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards and 1er Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards of Champagne's 2012 growing season, which had a difficult start, followed by a very sunny summer which helped bring a slow maturation and great concentration in the grapes.
