The JCB GALA series features French Champagnes of spectacular quality presented in mirror-finish bottles worthy of this elixir of the gods. The 2010 GALA ROSÉ GOLD After initial separate fermentation, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were blended to highlight elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. It is made from 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 5% Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims and vinted with Malolactic fermentation in Steel stainless vats.
