Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

The No. 16 Sauvignon Blanc blend presents as a pale straw color in the glass. 

Aroma: 

Bright citrus aromas rise from the glass with gentle notes of green apple and melon.

Palate: 

The crisp and refreshing palate is led by tropical fruit and flavors of apricot and toasted brioche with a nice layer of minerality. The finish is clean with well-balanced acidity.

Vintage Notes: 

Our N°16 brings together a blend of two vineyards in Rutherford and the southern Napa Valley. What The Number 16 Signifies: Jean-Charles grew up in Burgundy, France and at the age of 16 he visited the Bordeaux region for the first time. He forever remembers his first taste of the crisp white wine blends and it inspired the creation of N° 16, an extraordinary Napa Valley blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
