Estate Vineyard

Our Old Wente Clone, Montrachet Clone and Clone 809 vineyard blocks provided the fruit for this wine. The grapes were harvested on September 12 and 14 and were whole cluster pressed. The juice underwent native yeast fermentation and was aged in 19% new French oak for 10 months to increase the complexity and rich depth of the wine while still retaining the delicate fruit components.

Tasting Notes

This 2019 Estate Chardonnay opens with aromas of warm apple, toasted almonds and savory undertones.

The medium-bodied palate is round and creamy with fresh and juicy stone fruit flavors with notes of brioche and a touch of citrus. The finish is long and refreshing.
