The JCB GALA series features French Champagnes of spectacular quality presented in mirror-finish bottles worthy of this elixir of the gods.The GALA Nature Green has notes of citrus rise in the form of grapefruit and a hint of white flower. The depth of this wine engages the palate with good acidity and a continued fruity finish. It is made from 57% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier. No Dosage: Brut Nature (no added sugar. The Chardonnay is from Côte des Blancs; Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from Montagne de Reims. GALA Gold is an impressive vintage Champagne with elegant flavors and subtle oak notes. It is made from 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes grown in the Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards and 1er Cru Pinot Noir Vineyards of Champagne's 2012 growing season, which had a difficult start, followed by a very sunny summer which helped bring a slow maturation and great concentration in the grapes.
