Tasting Notes

A pale-yellow color & olden tones.


Elegant and complex nose with white fruits, banana and lemon aromas.


The 2010 GALA Brut offers a well-structured palate with hints of gingerbread, almond and brioche notes, resulting in a delicious and harmonious finish.

Vintage Notes: 

The 2010 growing season in Champagne offered a dry and warm summer that brought grapes to a high level of maturity.

  • Grape Variety: 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier
  • Region: Champagne – Montagne de Reims, one of the five sub-regions
    of the Champagne wine region
  • Chardonnay is fermented once in second use Burgundy oak barrels.
  • Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel.
