  • How do I order custom labeled wine?
    • Place a custom label by the case order. 
    • Do not include other items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. 
    • Write down your order number. 
    • Next, customize your label here. This is a special domain setup for Boisset customers. 
    • When completing your label order on Stoney Creek’s website, please use Boisset order number as your promo code.
    • You will not be charged for the labels. Labels will be shipped to our customer care team at Boisset and hand applied by our production team.  
  • How are custom labels printed?

    The labels are printed using a digital printer and can be ordered with a matte or glossy finish.  

  • When will I receive my custom label wines?

    Your custom labels must be printed and then hand-applied by our production team.  The process from artwork approval to shipping is typically 10 business days.  Please allow additional time for shipping.  

  • What is etching?

    We use state-of-the-art laser etching machines to create your custom etched wine bottle. This machine etches your design directly onto the bottle and then fills the etch with a colored paint to give it an extra pop.  Most bottles are etched with gold or silver paint, but other color choices are available. 

  • How long does it take to etch a bottle?

    Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks from the date your order is placed to your order being delivered depending on the season.  For the months of October through December, we recommend ordering 3-4 weeks in advance for timely delivery. 

  • Which bottles can be etched?

    Any bottle in the Boisset Collection can be etched, but keep in mind that the size of the label on the front of the bottle does affect the amount of space available for etching since we cannot remove the front label.  Wines in our Custom Label Program or bottles that have adornments, such as the Buena Vista Sheriff or the DeLoach Estate Pinot and Chardonnay We can remove the front label or adornment though to fully etch your artwork on the front of the bottle.
