Each JCB wine is known by a number. And each number has deep significance for Jean-Charles Boisset, the collection’s creator and namesake. Nº 34 celebrates two of the most gleaming and life-changing moments in his history, both in 2003. In that year he met his future wife and added the DeLoach Wine Estate to the Boisset Collection. This sparkling wine calls to mind those dazzling memories. Let Nº 34 sparkle with you in your shining moments!

Tasting Notes
Appearance: 

Peach in color.

Aroma: 

 The JCB N° 34 Brut Rosé opens with notes of cranberry, white flowers and ruby red grapefruit.

Palate: 

 Delicate bubbles dance across your palate, with bright, crisp acidity. Notes of strawberry, apricot and mandarin orange delight and leave you wanting for more!

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

Our Pinot Noir was hand harvested and cold soaked for 7 days before being blended with small amounts of Chardonnay for balanced acidity. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged for 7 years in the bottle where it underwent secondary fermentation.
