Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

This Sauvignon Blanc opens with a bouquet of lemongrass, grapefruit, and cantaloupe aromas. 

Palate: 

On the palate, this bright and expressive wine opens with flavors of mango, white nectarine, and fresh mandarins. Complex in the glass, you experience fresh minerality balanced by tropical fruit flavors and a crisp finish.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

The 2021 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of two vineyards. The vineyard in Rutherford, in the northern part of Napa Valley, offers more flesh and aromatics. The vineyard in Jameson Canyon gives more structure and substance. The Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in neutral French oak barrels. It was then aged on lees in neutral oak barrels for 7 months with stirring every 2-3 weeks.
