Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

The enticing fragrance of lusciously ripe dark fruits and crushed currants wafts gracefully from the glass.

Palate: 

Entwining with the comforting embrace of warm baking spices on the palate. This full-bodied masterpiece embodies opulence and complexity, with tantalizing tastes of sun-soaked earth, juicy black raspberries, graceful violets, and a subtle creaminess of sandalwood. Akin to a stealthy Crocodile, its velvety tannins glide seamlessly to an enduring and invigorating finish leaving an indelible mark of fierce elegance.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

Aged 18-19 months in small French oak barrels - 31% new French oak (Taransaud, Saury). The Petite Syrah (harvested on a root day) was pressed off at dryness to help minimize tannins while the Cabernet Sauvignon (harvested on a flower day )sat on skins for 61 days . Bottled on a leaf day . Vegan.
