Pinot Noir, to Jean-Charles Boisset, is a TIMELESS pleasure to always be enjoyed. A bit FLIRTATIOUS in the glass, our N° 6 Pinot Noir celebrates the SULTRY nature of this elegant varietal.

In honor of the very first JCB wine, a California Pinot Noir from the 2006 vintage, Nº 6 pays tribute to the inception of a grand collection of boutique wines destined to set a new standard epitomizing luxury and style.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

On the nose you are greeted with roasted plum and black cardamom, with hints of red fruits. 

Palate: 

On the palate you are greeted with smoked cherry, cinnamon and black cardamom, and cranberry. The wine is full-bodied in nature, dense on your palate, yet remains light and finishes with a bright acidity that leaves you wanting more.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

The Pinot Noir grapes for the JCB N° 6 come from vineyards in the northwestern Russian River Valley which gives the wine structure and a backbone, and from the Olivet Bench area in the middle of the Russian River Valley which provide the core of this wine with notes of red fruit and earth.
