Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

Opening with alluring aromas of dark fruits, blackberry compote and dark chocolate our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon entices the senses.

Palate: 

Sumptuous fruit-driven flavors with notes of cassis and carmelized oak are harmonious and balanced. Elegant and refined tannins with complex flavors make this an immensely enjoyable wine.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

The Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend from five different vineyards in the heart of Napa. The majority of the Cabernet Sauvignon comes from St Helena and Yountville, with a smaller amount from Rutherford that provides the structure. The Petit Verdot comes from multiple vineyards across St Helena, Rutherford, Yountville and Oak Knoll. The Cabernet Sauvignon went through extended maceration with the wines being on the skins for 51 days. It was then pressed and aged in a mix of French oak barrels (Demptos, Seguin Moreau, Saury) – 42% new – for 19 months before being bottled.
