Appearance: 

This Cabernet-dominant blend boasts a deep, regal purple hue within the glass.

Aroma: 

This wine commences with fragrant notes of dark fruits, violets, and cassis. 

Palate: 

Its texture caresses the palate, offering a harmonious roundness, while the flavor profile dances between a symphony of red and black berries, delicate spices, and the indulgence of cocoa nibs, all heightened by the embrace of toasty oak. Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

Aged in 18-19 months in French oak - 43% new French (Taransaud, Ermitage). Oakville’s silkier, rounder style of wine is optimal for Enrapture. Fermentation (all extended maceration) on skins for an average of 39 days (range of 32 – 48 days). Harvested on fruit and root days; bottled on a leaf day. Vegan, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
