The grapes for our 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir were carefully chosen from cool, fog-influenced vineyards sustainably farmed in the Sonoma Coast AVA.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: 

Alluring aromas of raspberry, fresh strawberry and rose petal entice from the glass in this 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir.

Palate: 

Lusciousy flavors continue through to the palate and are embraceded by hints of orange blossoms and Bing cherries. This is a bright, fresh wine with nice acidity and a refreshing finish.

Winemaking
Vintage Notes: 

A portion of grapes were destemmed for overnight juice-skin contact, followed by basket-pressing the juice to neutral barrels for fermentation sur lie. The balance of the wine was produced in the saignée method, where a small amount of wine is “bled” off of its red skins and fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
